• Account details: email address and authentication data from our auth provider.
• Idea inputs: text, links, documents, and voice recordings you submit for analysis.
• Usage data: browser type, IP address, timestamps, and feature interactions.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

We process this data to run the service, authenticate users, enforce rate limits, fulfil purchases, and improve the product.

Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and, where required, your consent.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember session state. Analytics cookies are only set where you have consented.

We rely on Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and Lovable Cloud for hosting. Each processor has its own security and privacy practices.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

You may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact the data controller using the address above.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. Report suspected breaches to the data controller.
