Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TRIAL, operated by SIA "RIZZ GROUP". By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TRIAL.

TRIAL is operated by SIA "RIZZ GROUP", a Latvian limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of Latvia under number 40203589324, with registered address Strelnieku iela 1A - 7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.

TRIAL is a software tool that analyses startup ideas and produces structured verdict reports. Output is analytical, not legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular result.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Some features require credits. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are not refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire. Pricing is shown before purchase.

You retain ownership of any idea, document, link, or recording you submit. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share.

Do not use TRIAL for unlawful purposes, to harass, to infringe intellectual property, to reverse engineer the system, or to overload our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this rule.

The TRIAL name, interface, code, and report formats belong to SIA "RIZZ GROUP". You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Your reports are for your own use.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, SIA "RIZZ GROUP" is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TRIAL. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
